The Extra Ordinary Life [confirm legal entity name and ABN] is based in Canberra, ACT. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

This website hosts no forms and collects no personal information by itself. We receive information in two places:

When you book a session. Bookings are handled by Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, chosen time, and anything you write in the booking notes, then passes it to us.
When you email us. If you email hello@extraordinarylife.org, we receive whatever you choose to include.

Why we collect it

Only to run the sessions: to confirm your place, send you venue and logistics details, answer your questions, and meet our duty of care while you are with us. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Young people under 18

Our sessions are open to people aged 13–25. If you are under 18, we encourage you to talk to a parent or carer before booking. We will not knowingly ask a young person for more personal information than we need to run the session safely. A parent or carer may contact us at any time to ask what we hold about their child, or to have it deleted.

Who else can see it

Calendly — our booking provider, which stores booking data on its own servers. See the Calendly privacy notice.
Google Fonts — this site loads two typefaces from Google. Your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request. No cookies are set by this site.
GitHub Pages — our web host, which keeps standard server logs.

We use no analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If you open the booking window, Calendly may set cookies under its own policy.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry records only as long as we need them to run the programme and meet our record-keeping obligations [confirm your retention period], then delete them.

Accessing or deleting your information

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@extraordinarylife.org and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
